brag.bot keeps score. It is not the house. We do not take the other side of your bet, we do not set odds, and we never hold a dollar of anyone's stake. There are two kinds of bets, and money only enters one of them.

Bragging rights & IOUs
Most bets in a group chat are for pride or a beer. The bot tracks those as IOUs and your group settles up the way it already does. No money moves through brag.bot.
Settled on a regulated market
For real money on real events, the bet goes to an independent, federally regulated market that holds the funds, verifies identity, and pays out. We compose the bet and keep score. Never an exchange, never a custodian.

- ✕Hold, pool, or move your stake.
- ✕Set odds or take the other side of your bet.
- ✕Offer real-money play to anyone under age or outside an eligible state.
- ✕Make money when you lose. Our revenue is market fees and premium features.
Where it works: social features work broadly. Real money is US-only, needs you to be 18+ (21+ in some states), and depends on your state. The bot only offers real-money options where they are available to you.
